Tracy Howe
Hello, I am Tracy, I live and work in Weston Super Mare. Where I have a lovely safe office at the bottom of the garden, on-street parking and bus routes are nearby.
Currently working in several secondary schools in the area in mental health roles.

Experienced in working with Children, Teenagers and Adults utilising many different strategies to support each individual client. Helping clients manage their feeling and emotions which will give them peace of mind and confidence to move forward.

I am qualified with a BSc (Hons) in Counselling with a focus on Person-centred techniques and I also enjoy working creatively where I have achieved Level 2 in Therapeutic Use of Person Centred Creative Arts (APCCA).

I am an integrative Counsellor which allows me to work with clients in various ways to help them unlock their issues. We will work together in a safe, non-judgmental and confidential way to bring about the peace of mind you are looking for.

As a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP) and I fully adhere to their Ethical framework and guidelines.

Having many years of experience with a wide range of issues and concerns allows me to provide help, including:

Support is offered face to face, via telephone and online.

The first introductory assessment is free of charge and can be arranged via phone call or in person.

Sessions will last 50 minutes.

Under 18 £35.00
Over 18 £40.00

Fully insured practice, Enhanced DBS check.
